Interim Head of HR Shared Services & Payroll

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Head of HR Shared Services & Payroll on a 9-month fixed-term basis in Ashby de la Zouch. You will lead the Payroll and HR Shared Services teams to ensure accurate payroll processing, strict governance and compliant service delivery across the business.

In this interim role you will drive operational excellence, manage risks, and oversee governance while maintaining a high-quality employee experience through robust processes and timely delivery.
