Our client, a leading UK building materials manufacturer, is seeking a National Sales Manager for the housebuilder specification channel. You will own the national strategy, lead seven Area Sales Managers, and drive specification sales with top housebuilders.
You will negotiate national framework agreements, convert them into regional wins, coach the team, and shape pricing and terms in partnership with the leadership team.
