Head of Revenue Operations & HubSpot Strategy

Dains Accountants & Advisers is seeking a Head of Sales Operations in Birmingham. The role will unify sales operations, HubSpot CRM, data governance and commercial cadence to enhance pipeline visibility, cross-sell and client growth across the firm.

You will lead the HubSpot strategy, manage implementation and ensure CRM governance while collaborating with Partners, Finance, Marketing and regional teams to drive revenue performance and accountability.
