Group Health & Safety Leader – Multi‑Site Governance

Vadella Group is seeking an experienced Group Health & Safety Manager to lead the health & safety strategy across the UK-based group of companies. You will report to the Chief People Officer and work closely with senior leaders to ensure governance, regulatory compliance, and robust safety performance across multi-site operations.

Hybrid role in London, with field-based duties, audits, incident investigations and continuous improvement across all operating companies.
