Head of AI-Powered SDR & GTM Growth

ZoomInfo is seeking a driven Manager, Sales Development to lead an outbound SDR team in the UK. You will train members to identify and create qualified opportunities, while shaping AI-native selling through innovative GTM workflows and automation.

You will define performance metrics, coach SDRs in 1:1s, and partner with marketing and AE teams to align campaigns with territory goals. You will also manage dashboards and iterate on the development process, upholding ZoomInfo values.
