I am working with a public sector organisation who are looking for an interim Estates Surveyor on an initial 6 months basis.
About you
- Experienced across a commercial portfolio within a public sector organization is desirable
- RICS chartership is a must have
- Able to show experience across all general practice work; rent reviews, lease renewals, landlord and tenant work
- Able to start within 2 weeks
About the role
- 3 days on site/in office a week
- No management responsibilities
- Organise and efficiently manage different work loads
- No valuations or disposal work
- Competitive day rate through an umbrella company
