Senior Associate – Non-Contentious Construction (5+ PQE)

Bevan Brittan LLP in Leeds is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate with 5+ PQE for its nationally recognized Construction team. The role focuses on non-contentious, transactional work, drafting and negotiating key project documents.

You will draft and negotiate JCT and NEC contracts, professional appointments, collateral warranties and security documents such as performance bonds and parent company guarantees, advising clients across complex projects.
