The role of Quantity Surveyor (Cost Manager) is to manage and report all costs related to new gym developments and refurbishments, ensuring commercial accuracy and governance through the development lifecycle.

The position is based in London with hybrid working, and is a 6-month fixed-term contract starting January 2027.
