Ernest Gordon Recruitment is assisting a Plymouth-based employer to hire a Trainee Service Engineer (Lightning Conductors). The role offers full on‑the‑job training, progression into Lightning Conductor Engineer roles, and weekend overtime with a company van.
You will test and install lightning protections and earthing systems across the South/Southwest region, receiving one‑on‑one training from a senior engineer. Mon-Fri 7:30am‑5:30pm; travel from home to sites, including MOD facilities.
