Advanced Electronics Engineering Manager – Global Floorcare

We are seeking an experienced Electrical/Electronic Engineer to lead the development of future electrical technologies that enable differentiated, intelligent products and support long‑term business growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead Advanced Electrical Engineering activities and define future electrical architectures.
• Drive sensor, control and embedded technology development.
• Lead and build proof‑of‑concept activities and demonstrators.
• Lead supplier technical collaborations and develop effective partnerships.
• Develop and mentor the Advanced EE team.
• Shape technology roadmaps and support system integration across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics or equivalent degree (BEng).
• Strong background in electronics and embedded systems.
• Experience leading technical teams.
• Knowledge of sensors, motor control and power electronics.
• Knowledge of firmware and system‑thinking mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Practical prototype development experience.
• Strong supplier engagement skills.
