Interim Process Plant Engineering & Maintenance Lead

Adepto Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Interim Engineering Manager / Maintenance Manager for a fast-paced pharmaceutical process plant in Merseyside. The role is 6 months initially with potential extension, start ASAP, and is inside IR35.

You will manage shift-based engineering and maintenance teams and drive reliability and uptime. Candidates should have leadership experience in process plants, hands-on improvement mindset, and a track record of developing teams.
