Mechanical Construction Lead – Hyperscale DC (Blyth)

Avolon M&E, a leading mechanical contractor, is recruiting a Mechanical Construction Manager for a major data centre project in Blyth, Northumberland. You will lead the mechanical services package from office fit-out through phase one of a multi-year campus build.

Responsibilities include coordinating HVAC, plumbing and ducting packages, ensuring safety and programme compliance, and building delivery teams on site from day one.
