Hybrid SHE Manager: Safety, Health & Environment Lead

Willmott Dixon is recruiting a Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) Manager to guide multiple projects across North London and the northern home counties. The role supports hybrid working with 1–2 days per week remote, with office-based activity in Hitchin.

You will ensure effective SHE management, advise project teams on legal and policy compliance, and audit performance to drive continuous improvement across the region.
