Employee Experience Communications Strategist

Moody’s in London is seeking a Communications Strategist to shape internal communications for a global employee base. You will lead projects across onboarding, recognition and culture, translating policy changes into clear, human messaging.

You will draft messages for People leadership, monitor engagement metrics, and partner with Enterprise Reputation teams to keep narratives aligned. A BA/BS and 3–5 years in internal or HR communications are required; interest in AI and responsible use a plus.
