Influencer Marketing Growth Lead – Build a High-Impact Team

Skin + Me is seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager in London to drive influencer growth across multiple brands, including Skin + Me. You will hire, lead and develop a large team, align campaigns with business goals, manage budgets and drive testing and learning.

This hybrid role reports to the Head of Growth for Influencer & CRM and balances strategic planning with hands-on execution. You will shape the roadmap, coach a team of 6+ and partner with business units to hit ambitious targets.
