Paid Social Lead — Growth & Creative Engine (Hybrid)

Numan in London (Hybrid: 3 days in HQ) is seeking a Paid Social Lead to own and evolve our paid social function. This role goes beyond campaign management, defining how paid social drives growth with creative strategy, automation, and platform execution across Meta, TikTok and emerging channels.

You will build a creative-first growth engine, scaling high-quality acquisition in a regulated health category and leading a high-velocity creative system with hundreds of assets per month.
