Senior Quality & Governance Leader

Avery Healthcare Group is seeking an experienced Associate Director of Quality to lead quality, compliance, and clinical governance across the North & Central Division. Reporting to the Director of Quality, you will drive improvements, support operational and clinical teams, and help create a culture of excellence in care.

You will bring NMC registration, at least five years in quality leadership, and strong capabilities in governance, data analysis, and stakeholder management.
