Cost Intelligence Lead: Data-Driven Commercial Strategy

National Highways is looking for a Cost Intelligence Manager to join our Unit Cost Development team within the Business Services Directorate. The role involves developing cost intelligence systems, analysing data, and advising on commercial issues across our programmes.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to improve cost capture, reporting, and decision-making, while supporting end-to-end cost management and efficiency KPIs. Travel to regional offices may be required.
