Job Description:
National Highways is strengthening its Digital Services function. The Senior Service Delivery Manager for MIDAS will own operational performance, reliability and continual improvement of a critical roadside technology service, leading fault, incident and problem management and coordinating across design, procurement, and suppliers.
This hybrid role requires two days per week in the office and may be based at any National Highways office in the UK with some travel.
