Job Description:
Plaid Europe is seeking an Implementation Engineer to own customer integrations from contract signing to live production and growth. You will draft integration plans, run kickoff, debug with customers’ engineers, validate sandbox, and guide go-live while keeping the Account Manager updated with actionable notes.
You will also onboard existing customers adopting a new Plaid product, develop reusable resources, and help the team scale by documenting common pitfalls, checklists, and best practices
