Rail Civil Engineer — CRE Path, Mentorship & Hybrid Work

WSP is seeking a Civil Engineer to join our Rail Civil Engineering team in the UK. You will help deliver design outputs for stations, depots and lineside civils, while mentoring and guiding junior team members in a collaborative, safety‑driven environment.

As part of a growing team, you will contribute to bids, support project delivery, and advance toward CRE status with tailored mentoring and development opportunities within WSP.
