Pearson Labs seeks an Innovation Engineer to design, build, and ship prototypes that answer key questions about the future of learning. You’ll work with AI, agents, and emerging tech to deliver working evidence for pilots and decisions, collaborating with product and learning-science teams.
You’ll contribute across the Labs portfolio, running experiments with clear objectives, and hand over validated work to product teams for production.
