Senior CNC Programmer & Machining Lead — Build a Factory

Isembard is building a new CNC manufacturing site in Leeds and seeks an exceptional CNC Programming and Machining Lead to join as a founding member. This hands-on role runs from programming and tooling to first-off prove-out, inspection and cycle-time optimisation.

As the factory grows, you will establish standards, processes and culture, support automation, and help recruit and mentor the machining team to deliver high-specification parts for critical industries.
