Strategic Lead, Workplace Services & Service Delivery

National Highways is seeking a Lead Service Delivery Manager, within the Workplace Services team, to lead integrated service operations, drive continual improvement, and ensure value for money across diverse business and technical service lines.

You will apply ITIL principles, manage senior stakeholders and suppliers, and shape service strategy while working in a hybrid role with travel to other offices as needed.
