AI Validation Engineer – ADAS/L2 (Hybrid, Equity)

Wayve is seeking an AI Validation Engineer to translate automotive safety and product requirements into robust validation strategies and evidence. You will work hands-on with Python, evaluation pipelines, simulation, and data analysis to deliver clear validation results for ADAS and L2 functions.

You will communicate findings to Product, Safety, Release and Autonomy teams, and help coordinate data and simulation dependencies to enable reliable, scalable validation across environments.
