Strategic IAM Change & Release Manager

The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) is seeking an experienced Change & Release Manager to lead end-to-end Change and Release Management across the IAM portfolio. You will govern ITIL-based processes, coordinate with application, infrastructure, security, and business teams to ensure timely planning, approvals, and rollout.

The role requires strong stakeholder management and deep IAM knowledge including PAM, Vault, PKI, AD, ARC, and related identity platforms.
