Residential Infrastructure Project Director – Hybrid

Kitson Associates is seeking a Project Director in the East Midlands with hybrid working options. You will own infrastructure across a large residential/mixed-use development, coordinating planning obligations and utilities strategy, reporting to the Technical Director.

You will lead delivery across highways, drainage, utilities, schedules, budgets and risk management, acting as the primary point of contact for authorities and contractors to ensure on-time progress.
