Multisite Health & Safety Leader: Strategy & Culture

Group Health & Safety Manager based in the Midlands is sought to lead the strategy across multiple sites. The successful candidate will embed a strong safety culture, advise at all levels and ensure compliance with current legislation and best practice.

You will set objectives and KPIs, monitor performance, drive continuous improvement, and manage the Health & Safety team to maintain high standards of safety and effective risk management across the business.
