Operations Team Lead: 3on/3off Shift, Growth & Impact

gategroup is seeking a Team Leader for a 12-month fixed-term contract in the UK. The role requires managing a 5 on 3 off pattern with a 07:00–16:30 shift, ensuring targets are met and KPIs met.
