Store Team Leader — Flexible Evenings, Growth & Perks

Co-op Digital is seeking a Customer Team Leader to manage a small store team in a fast-paced environment. You will cover shifts from 2pm to 10pm, work 16 hours per week with regular overtime, and support the store’s day-to-day operations including the post office or bakery as needed.

You’ll motivate staff, ensure great customer service, and engage with the local community to grow Co-op membership. Aged 18+ is required for age-related sales.
