PlannerResponsibilities:

• Project planning, programmingand progress monitoring, including information flow, procurement, and siteworks.
• T o liaise with the Client,subcontractors, suppliers, and designers on all matters relating to planningand attend and contribute to site meetings and other associated meetings.
• Provide the planning service ontenders and projects
• Attend pre-contract meetings toexplain the planning aspects of the contract.
• Monitor and prepare a progressreport on the project programme.
• Maintain look ahead programmesand advise on implications to both Client & Project Team.
• Consider and discussalternatives with the Project Manager.
• Implement Company procedures.
• Appraise, co-ordinate andintegrate subcontract and design programmes

The salary on offer for this role is up to £50,000 Plus careerdevelopment and exposure to some very exciting projects
