Agena Group is seeking a Head of Wardens (South) to provide strategic and operational leadership for the national Warden Operations, covering Southern region contracts and sectors. You will lead Area Managers, Team Leaders, and field teams to ensure safe, efficient service delivery while driving client satisfaction and compliance.
