Product Chief of Staff: AI-Driven Ops & Strategy

Omnea is seeking the first dedicated Chief of Staff in its Product org, reporting to the VP of Product. You’ll be Rob’s closest partner, owning follow-through, and representing his thinking when needed. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role that blends product operations with AI enablement.

You’ll build integrations, write Claude skills, pull data, and ship dashboards, shaping the team’s cadence and top-level metrics as the company scales.
