Senior Highways & Transport Design Lead

Carrington West seeks an experienced Commissioning Manager to lead an in-house highways and transport design service in South London. The role oversees a multidisciplinary team, delivering capital programmes and infrastructure improvements with strong governance and stakeholder engagement.

You will coordinate with TfL, consultants and contractors, manage budgets and drive design quality, safety and carbon reduction across projects, working on site three days a week.
