Senior Ops Director, Social Housing Repairs (FTC)

Michael Page is seeking an Operations Director for a leading provider of social housing repairs and maintenance upgrades across Greater Manchester. You will oversee a large team of managers and operatives delivering repairs, voids and M&E works on a 6 month FTC.

The role requires strong budget management, client relationships, KPI delivery and CDM/H&S compliance within social housing schemes. Commutable distance to Manchester and availability on short notice are preferred.
