Senior M&E QS — Lead Major London Projects (Contract)

O’Neill & Brennan is seeking an experienced M&E Project / Senior Quantity Surveyor for East London assignments. You’ll manage procurement, subcontract packages and post-contract duties on major new build and refurbishment schemes worth £80m–£250m, with leadership across the project lifecycle.

The role offers stability, progression, and the possibility to work outside IR35 for freelance appointments. Immediate start is available, with a salary band aligned to £70k–£100k plus benefits (DOE)
