Aerospace Site Quality Leader

GKN Aerospace in Luton is seeking a Site Quality Manager to lead the Quality Management System and drive continuous improvement across the site. You will partner with senior leadership to ensure product safety, quality and regulatory compliance for aerospace programs.

The role focuses on COPQ reduction, 8D/RCCA problem solving, and auditing across customers and authorities. You will build a high-performing team and foster a culture of quality and accountability.
