London Route Performance Control Centre Lead

Arriva London is recruiting a Control Centre Manager to lead our Route Performance Control Centre at Purley Way. You will oversee day-to-day service control, support and develop the team, and drive improvements to deliver reliable bus services for London’s passengers.

Collaborating with operations, commercial teams and TfL, you will set performance targets, manage costs and QIC revenue, and lead crisis response and continuous improvement across route performance.
