Customer Experience Manager – Post-Completion Homes

Miller Homes in the South Midlands region, ideally around Bedfordshire, is seeking a Customer Support Manager to manage the customer experience after completion, oversee inspections, and identify remedial works across Miller Homes sites to maintain high quality standards.

You will communicate with new homeowners after move-in, address any concerns, and ensure defects are resolved within agreed SLAs, while maintaining a professional, engaging approach with customers and contractors.
