Global Brand Experience Operations Lead

Mars is seeking a Global Brand Experience Marketing Operations Lead to act as the central operational engine for our Ben’s Original and Dolmio brands. You will oversee The Kitchen, a hybrid team of internal talent and external partners, ensuring campaigns run on time, within budget, and to high standards.

You will manage governance, briefs, and calendars across hubs, while coordinating procurement and financial workflows to maximise ROI.
