Director of Membership – Maternity Cover

The Conduit is seeking a Director of Membership to cover a six to eight month maternity period. The role focuses on delivering the existing membership strategy, growing the member base, retaining members, and driving engagement as a senior leader with strong commercial acumen.

Responsibilities include overseeing P&L, onboarding to renewal, and leading the membership team to achieve ambitious targets while upholding The Conduit’s values and mission.
