Head of Paid Social Creative & Growth

Slingshot AI, the team behind Ash, is seeking a Head of Creative – Paid Social to lead our D2C creative motion and scale performance. You will own the loop from concept to execution, writing copy, producing visuals, and iterating quickly to identify winning ideas.

This hands-on role requires building repeatable systems, testing at volume, and collaborating with media buying to optimize KPIs. You will shape Ash’s visual and verbal voice and guide creators to ensure performance-driven results.
