Brand Director, UK & DE Growth — Hybrid/Remote

Bloom & Wild is seeking a senior Brand Leader to own the UK and Germany brand strategy, from positioning and campaigns to budget and metrics while guiding a multi-disciplinary team. You’ll report to the CMO and drive growth for a true challenger brand.

The role is based in London with hybrid working (x2-3 days at our Vauxhall office) for a 12‑month FTC maternity cover, focusing on expanding UK awareness and Germany market entry.
