Impact Membership Director (Maternity Cover)

The Conduit Club in London seeks a senior Director of Membership to cover maternity leave for six to eight months. You will lead the current membership strategy, drive growth, retention and engagement, and own the P&L during the fixed-term period.

You will blend strategic stewardship with hands-on delivery, strengthening acquisition via campaigns and partnerships, and maintaining a premium, community-focused member experience for changemakers.
