Head of School – SEMH Specialist (Pre-Opening)

Kedleston Group is launching a specialist school in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter, opening in 2027. You will lead the pre-opening phase, shaping the vision, curriculum design and stakeholder engagement to set the foundation for excellence in SEMH education.

Once operational, you will build a high-performing SEN/SEMH team, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver exceptional outcomes for children with autism and related needs. QTS or NPQH and senior leadership experience are essential.
