Defence AI Growth Lead — UK Public Sector

Scale is seeking a senior commercial leader to own and grow our UK defence and security portfolio. You’ll manage relationships across MOD and defence-related bodies, shape the commercial plan, and close multi-year deals while building a small team as the work scales.

The role requires deep experience selling into defence, practical knowledge of how procurement works, and the ability to navigate security clearances. You’ll report to the Public Sector leader and drive impactful programs.
