You will partner with senior leadership, guide organization design, workforce planning, and talent management, and lead major change initiatives while ensuring regulatory compliance.
The role can be remote from Europe with 15–20% travel. Reports to the VP, P&O for Global Sales. Fluency in English and strong MS Office skills are required.
