Strategic Head of People Advisory & ER (12m FTC)

Starling Bank is seeking a Head of People Advisory and Employee Relations (12 month FTC) in the UK to lead our ER and People Advisory function across the Group. You will shape policies, partner with legal/compliance, and ensure alignment with UK employment law and FCA/PRA/SMCR requirements.

You will drive a trusted, proactive People Advisory team that balances commercial needs with inclusion, accountability, and psychological safety.
