Senior Service Design Lead, UCD – NHS Programs (On-site)

Softwire is seeking a Senior Service Designer/UCD Lead to steer the cervical screening programme from discovery through delivery. You will set the UCD strategy, drive decisions with evidence, and coach designers and researchers to move fast.

On-site at Canary Wharf four days a week, you will build credibility with clinical teams, translate user insight into prioritised recommendations, and elevate service design across the programme. Start 15/11/2026, end 30/04/2027, £600/day outside IR35.
