Theatre Deputy Lead: Endoscopy & Surgery (Part-Time)

Nuffield Health Oxford Hospital is seeking a Clinical Leader for Endoscopy and Surgical Department on a fixed-term maternity cover basis. The role is part-time (30 hours/week) with a pro-rata salary up to £47,000 depending on experience.

You will lead the Clinical/Surgical and Endoscopy teams, coordinate theatre lists, and work across theatre suites to meet service demands. Strong leadership and governance focus are essential.
